Microsoft Certification Profile Recovery / Merge Request

Hello,

I passed the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification and I can still access the public verification page through LinkedIn.

However, when I sign in to Microsoft Learn, my certification/profile appears empty.

I believe I may have used different Microsoft accounts during training/labs and during the certification process.

I would like help recovering or merging better my certification profiles into one account because I want to continue with future certifications (AZ-104).

I would prefer to havev evyrything to this email account: ******@gmail.com as i use it everyday.

    I successfully linked and merged the Microsoft account: [[Removed PII]@hauniv.edu]

    with my personal Microsoft Learn profile.

    However, after the merge, my AZ-900 certification still does not appear under Credentials or Transcript.

    I believe the certification may have originally been associated with a different organizational/onmicrosoft.com account used during training or exam scheduling (i do not remember which is it)

    I still have access to the public verification page through LinkedIn, including the Credential ID and Certification Number.

    Could you please help me identify which Microsoft Learn profile currently contains the certification?
