Changing the email address used for a scheduled Microsoft certification exam cannot be done directly in the exam booking by a third party. The supported paths are:

    1. Update contact email in Microsoft Learn profile (for future bookings)
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn.
      • Go to the Learn profile settings page.
      • Add or update the desired email address and set it as the primary/communication email.
      • This affects future exam registrations, not an already-confirmed appointment.
    2. Contact the exam delivery provider’s support for the existing booking
      • Since the exam was scheduled through Pearson VUE (standard for role-based Azure exams), changes to the booking details (including contact email for exam communications) must be handled by Pearson VUE support.
      • Provide them with the exam confirmation code and invoice code so they can locate the appointment and advise whether the email can be corrected or whether rescheduling/cancellation is required.
    3. If needed, contact Microsoft Certification Support
      • If Pearson VUE cannot resolve the issue, submit a ticket to Microsoft Certification (Credentials) support and include the confirmation code, invoice code, and the correct email address. They can review options related to the certification profile and exam registration.

For security and privacy, do not post confirmation codes, invoice codes, or phone numbers in public forums; share them only directly with Pearson VUE or Microsoft support via their official support channels.
