How to replace keyboard's Copilot button with CTRL button?

Hello, I recently bought a new laptop (Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i 14"), and I noticed that the right CTRL button is replaced with a Copilot button. I used to use right CTRL button when I am using an IDE, and also when completing URL's on the address bar (CTRL + Enter), I also sometimes use it when opening links in new tabs. I use the right CTRL key because it allows me to execute such shortcuts with just 1 hand. For example, I can do CTRL + Enter with just one hand, or I use my right hand to use the touchpad and I can do CTRL + touchpad click to open links in a new tab with just 1 hand.

I searched on internet a bit but some people say it is possible, some people say it is not possible because it is a combination of keys. The forum topics I found was usually 1-2 years old. So is there now a modern, universal way to replace the Copilot key with CTRL key that works well and doesn't use battery?
