outlook and onedrive freezes

outlook and onedrive freezes

Every time I try to upload a file from my computer, both at home and uni, my OneDrive and Outlook completely freeze, and it freezes all my open tabs. What could the issue be? I have loads of storage on my OneDrive, and so does my computer.

1 -- You tagged your question as Classic Outlook for Windows Can you please confirm that your Outlook menu has a "Send/Receive" tab? If not, please see

2 -- When you say "I try to upload a file from my computer" do you mean that you are trying to attach a file from your computer to an Outlook email?

3 -- Are you trying to attach a file from your local hard drive or from your OneDrive?

I'm not too sure about the first question,

for the second point, it's when I try to upload a file, either to one drive or outlook from my desktop or documents folder. I normally have to drag it in, but even then theres normally a problem. This isn't just a problem from my own computer, even at uni I have this problem and it's becoming really difficult to share my files
