Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a ticket and have the Azure Fundamentals certificate and credential reviewed.
Follow these steps to submit a support request:
- Go to the online support request portal at
https://aka.ms/Credentials-Support. - Ensure the Product family is set to Learning.
- Under Product or Service, select Microsoft Credentials.
- Choose the category that best matches the issue (for example, problems with certifications or missing/invalid credentials).
- For Types of Support, select Professional No Charge.
- Enter the location and time zone, and select Email as the preferred contact method.
- In the description, clearly explain that the Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certificate is being rejected as invalid by Takamol (Saudi Arabia Ministry of Education–affiliated platform), and that they claim verification through Microsoft failed. Include:
- Full name as it appears on the certificate.
- Learn username (from Learn profile settings).
- Exam name and code (e.g., AZ-900 if applicable).
- Credential ID and date of completion.
- Any screenshots or documents from Takamol showing the rejection or “not valid” status.
- Submit the case and note the case number shown on the confirmation page and email.
- Monitor email (including junk folder) for a response from
******@mail.support.microsoft.com; support operates during business hours, 5:30 AM–5:30 PM PT.
If the issue is that the certification does not appear on the Learn profile or appears missing/incorrect, also review the guidance for missing exams or certifications and confirm the correct Learn account is being used before or in parallel with opening the ticket.
