Add an option to request Copilot Light Agent sharing to its owner

Currently, when one is given a link of a copilot agent and tries to access to the agent, when the agent owner didn't share the agent with the that person yet, the 'add' button is greyed out and he/she will see this error message "Your organisation has prevented this agent from being installed."

but he/she will have not opportunity to send request to owner for sharing (except outside discussion in Teams).

As exemple, when one wants to access a SharePoint to which he / she doesn't have access to, he can submit request for access.

We would like that agent page will include a button to request an access which will be sent to the owner directly.
