how to filter all "Unverified" emails to Trash

I use outlook. I use the Strict setting to allow emails from the people in my address book to reach my inbox. This requires that I review the "junk" folder daily to avoid missing important emails from people NOT in my address book. Lately the Junk folder is >50% email from "Unverified" or "No Return Emaill address". My question is: how to filter all "Unverified" emails to Trash. I do not want to have to search through them in the Junk folder. Is this possible? Can Outlook implement refusing or blocking all emails from unverifiable accounts?

Outlook does not provide a built‑in option to automatically delete or “refuse” all messages marked as “Unverified” or with “No return email address.” The available junk mail controls focus on:

    • Blocking specific senders or domains (Blocked Senders list)
    • Allowing specific senders or domains (Safe Senders list)
    • Adjusting overall junk filtering level

For Outlook on the web / new Outlook for Windows, junk handling is controlled under Settings → Mail → Junk email:

    • Use Blocked senders and domains to send unwanted mail directly to the Junk Email folder.
    • Use Safe senders and domains to ensure wanted mail is not treated as junk.

For classic Outlook for Windows, additional filtering is done via the Junk Email Options and Blocked Senders list:

    1. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, select JunkJunk E-mail Options.
    2. On Blocked Senders, select Add and enter specific email addresses or domains to always treat as junk.

Messages from Blocked Senders are always moved to the Junk E-mail folder, not directly to Deleted Items/Trash. The documented behavior is to divert suspected spam to Junk, not to silently delete it. There is no documented setting to globally block all “unverified” senders or to bypass Junk and send them straight to Trash.

To reduce manual review effort while staying within supported behavior, the documented options are:

    • Maintain a robust Safe Senders list so legitimate mail is less likely to land in Junk.
    • Use Blocked Senders (and domains) to ensure repeat offenders always go to Junk.
    • Optionally increase junk filter strictness via Junk E-mail Options if more messages should be treated as junk, understanding they will still go to the Junk folder.

Outlook cannot, per the available documentation, implement a blanket “refuse all unverifiable accounts” rule or automatically delete them instead of sending them to Junk.
