There's no account showing after successfully logging in to Google Ads. I tried asking my colleagues to do it but they also have the same issue even though we have admin access

Ensure the Clarity and Google Ads prerequisites are met and that the correct Google Ads account is selected during integration:

    1. Verify prerequisites:
      • There is an active Clarity project.
      • There is an active Google Ads account for the Google user being used to connect.
      • Campaigns in Google Ads are configured with UTM parameters and each campaign uses a unique UTM campaign parameter value so Clarity can correctly link campaign data.
    2. Re-run the integration flow:
      • In Clarity, choose the project and go to Settings → Setup and select Get Started.
      • When redirected to Google, sign in with a Google account that has access to the desired Google Ads account.
      • After sign-in, in the Clarity UI, use the drop-down to select the Google ad account and then select Link.

If no accounts appear in the drop-down even though the Google user has admin access, confirm that the Google Ads account is active and that the same Google identity being used actually has access to that specific account. If the Google user or its access changes, repeat the sign-in and linking process so Clarity can refresh permissions.
