Additional team and channel-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for Education
Hi. Using the zoom has helped so that I can post announcements. However, I do think this is something that needs to be looked at by Microsoft. Thanks

When constructing an announcement in a channel, I am unable to scroll down to populate the details of the announcement or click on the 'post'/schedule post button.

From your description, when you create an Announcement in a Teams channel, you can’t scroll down. Because of that, you can’t finish entering the announcement details and you also can’t reach/click the Post or Schedule button.

In the meantime, I recommend some steps below:
1/ Quick display fixes
Reset zoom: Windows: Ctrl + 0 | Mac: Cmd + 0
Zoom out: Windows: Ctrl + - | Mac: Cmd + -
Maximize the Teams window (or press F11 in a browser for full screen)
2/ Try Teams on web version
3/ Update the Teams app to the latest version
4/ Reset Teams Apps
