GroupMe - Somethiing went wrong let's try again when adding a member back to a group.

I recently emptied my GroupMe to add/readd individuals and there are 3 members who are unable to be readded. I've tried EVERYTHING. Have a message into helpdesk who has passed it along to engineers. Anyone else having issue or have any ideas?

    I've tried all of that & it still doesn't work. Others are able to join & be added to the group. AND, these 3 are able to be added to another test grou that I created just to see if that's possible. And they were able to be added. So, the specific issue is the connection between these members and this GroupMe. Weird. But frustrating. Do I need to move the entire group to a new cloned groupme or different platform?

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    If you're unable to add them via adding them directly or sending them an invite then please be sure to double check that they haven't blocked you or there aren't any restrictions on their account. If you have already tried all this then submitting a ticket to the support team was the correct option.
