How to remove troublesome Updates

Sure I've gone past the End of Life for Windows 10 (22H2) but I still have three updates causing my PC to bog down. They are KB8900830 and KB5066747, which shows they have downloaded but will not install, and KB5011048 which shows it has missing files (I've tried several times to download the Update, with no success). Because these Updates keep trying to download and/or update with no success, it is slowing my PC down so much that Microsoft 365 has trouble working.

Since I don't plan to go to Windows 11 (not world war II) and Microsoft has quit support for Windows 10, what to do.

    Have you enrolled your device in the Windows 10 ESU program?

    Make sure that you've met all the requirements to enroll in the consumer (ESU) program and it will automatically appear in your computer's Update & Security settings when it becomes available.
