I DID NOT REQUEST CO PILOT WHEN MY 365 RENEWED. AND I DEFINITELY DONT WANT IT NOW. PLEASE ACT ON MY INSTRUCTION - REMOVE IT AND REFUND ME FOR THE UNUSED PORTION.

Cancellation and refunds for Copilot or Microsoft 365 subscriptions cannot be processed from this forum; they must be done through the account’s billing page, and eligibility depends on country/region and timing.

To cancel Copilot Pro (if subscribed separately):

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the Microsoft account used for the subscription.
    2. Find the Copilot Pro subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel and follow the on-screen steps.
      • If you see Turn on recurring billing instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and will not be charged again.
    4. Refunds are based on the Copilot Pro refund window:
      • In Canada, Denmark, Faroe Islands, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Israel, Korea, Martinique, Mayotte, New Caledonia, Réunion, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Turkey, Wallis & Futuna: cancel at any time to receive a prorated refund.
      • In all other countries: cancel within 14 days of initial purchase to receive a prorated refund.

If Copilot is included as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription and the goal is to change or stop that subscription:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
    2. Locate the Microsoft 365 subscription and select Manage.
    3. Choose Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel) and follow the steps.
    4. Refund eligibility for Microsoft 365 depends on:
      • The country/region and whether it is on the list of countries with prorated refunds.
      • When the subscription was renewed and when cancellation is requested.

If the charge is not recognized or there are repeated issues:

    1. Review charges and subscriptions under Services & subscriptions at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
    2. If the charge still appears incorrect or a refund is not automatically offered during cancellation, contact Microsoft Support directly so an agent can review the account and billing details.

For unrecognized or disputed charges, banks may also request that the customer first work with Microsoft, but only Microsoft Support can access the account and apply any eligible refund.
