Ingest Microsoft Learning Courses into Workday

Viva Learning is the supported way to surface Microsoft learning content alongside Workday in Microsoft 365 rather than ingesting Microsoft Learn courses directly into Workday.

   • This solution is independent of Workday; it shows how to integrate Microsoft Learn content into a custom LMS-like experience, but not specifically into Workday.

There is no documented path in the provided material for directly ingesting Microsoft Learn courses into Workday itself. The recommended approach for combining Workday and Microsoft/Microsoft Learn content is:

• Configure Workday as an LMS provider in Viva Learning so Workday content appears in Microsoft 365.
