Bing cannot directly remove or change the image on a LinkedIn profile; that must be done on LinkedIn itself. Since the LinkedIn photo has already been deleted but is still appearing in Bing results, the remaining issue is Bing’s cached search result.

For social media content like a LinkedIn profile photo, the recommended approach is:

    1. First, use LinkedIn’s own tools to remove or update the content (already done in this case).
    2. Then, request removal or blocking of the remaining search result from Bing using Microsoft’s concern/report forms.

Two relevant options from the provided context:

    1. For general Bing content concerns (including cached images), submit a request via the Microsoft concern form mentioned here:
      • A user with a similar cached-image issue resolved it by submitting this form: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/concern/bing.
    2. If resident in the EU and the result involves the name directly (e.g., “right to be forgotten” scenario), submit a privacy-related request so Bing can evaluate blocking the result for name-based searches:
      • Use the form linked under “If you are a European resident and want to request that Microsoft block search results on Bing in response to searches on your name, please use this form.” in the article on privacy-related requests to block results in the EU.

For LinkedIn-specific removal guidance (beyond Bing), the Bing data-protection articles also point to LinkedIn’s own tools:

    • See the LinkedIn entry in the lists of social media content-removal tools in the EU/Russia data-protection articles.

    In summary, to proceed:

    1. Confirm the LinkedIn profile photo is removed or updated on LinkedIn.
    2. Submit a Bing concern/removal request using the Microsoft concern form for Bing.
    3. If located in the EU and the result appears when searching the name, optionally also submit the EU privacy-related blocking request form referenced in the EU article.
