Microsoft account deletion is blocked by an inactive Azure tenant

Hello,

I'm trying to delete my Microsoft account, but it is blocked by an "organization" and it may be linked to an Azure tenant that has been disabled by inactivity.
So, I cannot delete it on my own.

When I login to Azure, I receive the following message:

Sign-in failed

Error code: interaction_required

Error message: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: <pii removed> Correlation ID: <pii removed> Timestamp: 2026-05-13 07:28:50Z

I know that tenants should be deleted automatically after 20 days of inactivity.
However, it doesn't seem to be true as this tenant should've been inactive for longer and it's still there.

Can I receive support to delete this tenant so I can proceed with my account deletion?
Thanks a lot.
