I successfully created and synced my business listing for Galloping Galápagos in Ecuador.

However, the only verification option available is postal mail. Unfortunately, Ecuador currently does not have a functioning national postal mail service for receiving verification postcards.

Because of this, it is not possible for me to complete postcard verification.

Would it be possible to verify my business through an alternative method such as:

  • phone verification
  • email verification
  • video verification
  • website verification
  • Google Business Profile synchronization

My business is already established on Google and TripAdvisor, including a 2026 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice Award listing, and I would be happy to provide additional documentation if needed.
