Hi Dr. Alfonso Scandrett Jr,

Make sure printing documents properties is un-ticked, this is in options in Word.

The extra page is Word printing the document properties. Turn that option off in Word.

    For classic versions (Word 2000/2002/2003):

    1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
    2. Select the Print tab.
    3. In Include with document, clear the Document Properties check box.
    4. Click OK.

    For Word 2007:

    1. Click the Microsoft Office Button.
    2. Click Word Options.
    3. In Printing Options, clear Print document properties.
    4. Click OK.

If only the information page prints and not the document itself, make sure you are printing the document, not the properties page:

    • Word 2000/2002/2003: File > Print > in Print what, choose Document, then OK.
    • Word 2007: Office Button > Print > in the Print dialog, choose Document, then OK.
