I am unable to view my certificate in the Pearson VUE portal. The certificate is currently not visible from my end, even after checking the portal multiple times.

My exam was held on 2nd May, but the certificate has still not been updated or reflected in the portal.

Kindly look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest.

Certificates and badges for Microsoft exams are not managed or viewed in the Pearson VUE portal. Pearson VUE only delivers the exam; all official results, transcripts, and certificates are accessed through the Microsoft Learn / Microsoft Certification profile.

Use these steps to resolve the issue:

    1. Confirm the exam result is in Microsoft Learn
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same account used when registering for the exam.
      • Go to your profile → CredentialsCertifications and check whether the exam result and related certification appear.
      • Be aware it can take up to 24–48 hours after the exam for results and badges to appear on the Learn profile.
    2. Check for missing certifications
      • If the certification or exam is not visible, follow the guidance for missing credentials:
        • Verify that the correct Learn account is being used (no duplicate profiles or different work/personal accounts).
        • Confirm that the credential is still an active Microsoft certification and not a legacy/retired one.
    3. If the certification is still missing
      • Since Pearson VUE has already delivered the exam, further help must come from Microsoft, not Pearson VUE.
      • Open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the certification profile, exam history, and account linkage and then add or correct the missing certification.

For Partner Center–related scenarios, if the certification is needed for partner competency or verification and is not appearing in the Learn profile, Microsoft Credentials Support is still the correct escalation path; once fixed there, it will flow through to other systems that rely on Learn data.
