Will someone PLEASE call me to help me out.
Your bot couldn't fix it
I have spoken with 3 humans who gave me the royal run-around.
I have been cursing your answering machine for probably an hour because she keeps telling me to fix it online.
It CAN'T be fixed without Microsoft human intervention, and your humans have been unable to fix it in 3 phone calls and probably 3 online chats. and they believe they have to hang up so that I can perform their fix. So they hang up, and the fix does not work, and I tried to call yhem back, and the bitchbot tells me to fix it online, and I can't fix it online because it can't be fixed online, and around and around nd around we go.
Your help page keeps referring me to the community help page, which is USELSESS! Will SOMEONE PLEASE fix my issue ot do I have to go to the ombudsman?
