Challenge completed but, it still shows as 2 modules pending

Challenge progress and leaderboards on Microsoft Learn can take a few hours to refresh, even when all modules in the collection show as 100% complete.

Verify that all modules were completed while signed in with the same Microsoft Learn profile used to join the challenge. If everything is completed and the challenge still shows pending modules after several hours, use the Microsoft Learn troubleshooting page to report the issue so it can be investigated.

To review challenge status and recent activity:

1. Open the Microsoft Learn profile challenges page to see active and past challenges and their completion state.
2. From there, open the specific challenge leaderboard and check the “where you stand” section; it will show the fraction of completed items (for example, 13/15). The challenge is only considered complete when this reaches 100%.

For persistent issues with modules, sandboxes, or completion status, submit feedback via the troubleshooting page so support can correct the challenge progress.
