I am the only global administrator on an existing M365 tenant. I am locked out due to an MFA enforcement loop. My password is correct, but Microsoft requires MFA setup to complete sign-in, and MFA setup requires sign-in first. SSPR is not configured. No other global admins exist on the tenant.

I have already opened a support ticket from a trial tenant per the recommended process for this scenario. The ticket has been open with no agent assigned.

Phone support is unreachable. All numbers either hang up automatically or route to an automated system that disconnects without connecting to a live agent.

Requesting moderator escalation to the Microsoft Data Protection Team for MFA reset on the locked admin account. I can verify domain ownership via DNS TXT record.

Open ticket: <PII REMOVED>

Please DM me for tenant domain and account details.
