How to stop the focus whenever I turn on my laptop ?

Hello,

I am having an issue because when I am turning on my laptop, the focus is showing up when I am pressing "windows" on my keyboard, and I can't write anything because it is just moving the blue square, I also can't click on the search tool because it closes the window.
