When I login to my account. I get the following response "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.'
I can login to Microsoft online with this but not azure. I can not create support ticket as it requires me to login to create ticket. I called number here which lead to unhelpful AI response.
I called phone number list on the email that they are going to bill 24/7 Support: 18006427676 - no answer.
How would one unlock account or see why it is locked in teh first place? Shouldnt the your account lock have link to what is next.
Lastly, if I cant unlock, how can I nuke the account to not bill me anymore. I'm done at this point
