Exam results and score reports for most Microsoft certification exams are typically available within minutes, and always within 24 hours, in the Microsoft Learn profile. For exams with labs, scoring can take about 30 minutes, but the result should still appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours of completion.
If the result and score report are not visible in the Learn credentials dashboard after this timeframe, the supported steps are:
- Confirm the correct Learn profile and account
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the exam.
- Verify that the expected exams and certifications are not listed under the Certifications tab or Past exams section.
- Check for missing certifications conditions
- Review the guidance for missing exams or certifications to ensure the credential is expected to appear in the Learn profile and that no alternate profile or login is involved.
- Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
- If the exam result still does not appear, open a support request with Microsoft Credentials Support. This is the only channel that can check whether the exam result has been uploaded correctly and fix profile/result synchronization issues.
- Provide the exam details (exam name, date, provider, and IDs such as Registration ID and MCID) in the support request so the team can investigate.
Pearson VUE can confirm delivery status on their side, but access and visibility of results and certificates in the Microsoft Learn portal are handled by Microsoft Credentials Support.
