To activate Office 2021 on a Mac mini, follow these steps after installing Office:

1. Open an Office app:
   • In the top menu bar, select Finder > Applications.
   • Scroll down and open Microsoft Word (or any Office app).
2. Start the activation flow:
   • In the What's New window that opens, select Get Started.
   • On the Sign in to activate Office screen, select Sign in.
   • If no sign-in prompt appears, open a blank document and go to File > New from template > Sign in.
3. Sign in with the correct account:
   • Enter the email address associated with the Office 2021 license (this is usually the Microsoft account used to redeem/associate the product, or a work/school account if it is a business license), then select Next.

3. In the What's New window, click Get Started and continue with sign-in as described.

If activation fails or no license is found, verify that the correct Microsoft account is used and that the product appears under that account’s services/subscriptions, then reinstall Office if needed and repeat the activation steps.
