If the beeping is occurring before Windows has actually loaded, that may indicate a hardware fault.

Are you actually able to get into Windows on the PC?

Is there a pattern to the beep code, like 3 long and 2 short beeps or something like that, and what is the make (Dell, Asus, Lenovo... etc.) of your PC.

The beeping at power‑on is not a Windows or audio issue; it is a hardware (firmware/BIOS) warning from the PC before Windows even loads. The provided information only covers sound problems that occur after Windows has started (for example, low volume, no sound, or poor audio quality), so it does not apply to loud beeps during power‑on.
