Unable to use computer . End of support for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7

Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10 have all reached end of support on the dates listed in the context. This means:

• These versions no longer receive security updates, bug fixes, or reliability improvements from Microsoft.

3. If upgrading is not immediately possible and the issue is specifically with Office apps, use Office on the web via a supported browser as a temporary alternative.
