Enrollment status for individual Microsoft accounts, including bans or blocks, cannot be checked or changed from here. However, there are a few concrete steps that can be taken:

    1. Try joining again using the official entry point for the Microsoft 365 Insider program: use the “Join the Microsoft 365 Insider program” link provided in the documentation. If there was a transient or account-related glitch, this sometimes resolves it.
    2. If using a work or school account, contact the organization’s Microsoft 365 admin to confirm there are no policy restrictions on Insider participation and that the account is in good standing.
    3. If the issue is actually with the Windows Insider Program (rather than Microsoft 365 Insider), verify that the Microsoft account is properly linked under Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program on Windows 10 and that the device is eligible. If the account appears blocked, support must review it directly.
    4. If there was a mistaken automated action (for example, spam detection or similar), contact Microsoft support or post in an appropriate community (such as the Microsoft 365 Insider community-based support forum or Tech Community) using a different account, clearly describing the situation so a moderator or support engineer can review and correct the account status.

Account bans or enforcement actions can only be removed by Microsoft support after review; self-service options are not documented for that scenario.
