    Hi Anusha Yepuri (UK),

This “Reload to continue” message in Microsoft Loop usually appears when the web session crashes, authentication expires, or the browser temporarily loses sync with Microsoft 365 services.

    A few things to try:

    1. Reload the page completely

    Press:

    Ctrl + Shift + R

      or hard refresh the browser

Open Loop in InPrivate/Incognito mode This helps determine whether the issue is caused by cached browser data or extensions.

    Clear browser cache/cookies for:

    loop.microsoft.com

    office.com

    microsoft.com

    Disable browser extensions temporarily Especially:

    ad blockers

    privacy/security extensions

    script blockers

Sign out and back into Microsoft 365 Expired authentication tokens can trigger this exact Loop error.

    Try another browser For example:

    Edge

    Chrome

    Firefox

Check whether your organization has any temporary Microsoft 365 service issue Sometimes Loop sync/backend issues can cause repeated reload prompts.

Since the screenshot mentions that unsaved changes may be lost, the issue is likely related to a failed sync/session refresh rather than the Loop workspace itself being deleted.

If the problem continues across multiple browsers/devices, it may require Microsoft 365 admin-side investigation.
