Training: Instruction to develop new skills.
Try the following steps in order and test sign-in after each step:
- Use a different browser or a private/incognito window to open the Azure portal (for example, in Edge use New InPrivate window, in Chrome use Incognito mode) and sign in again.
- Clear browser cache and cookies:
- Edge: Settings → Privacy and Services → Clear browsing data. Select Browsing history, Download history, Cookies, and Cached images and files, then Delete.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data.
- If multiple Microsoft accounts are used in the same browser, sign out of all accounts, clear cookies as above, then sign in only with the Azure account.
- If the portal loads but shows
No subscriptions found, check the directory selection:- In the Azure portal, select the account icon at the top-right → Switch directory and choose the correct directory.
- If the correct directory is already selected and the error persists, the account might not have sufficient permissions and needs to be added as an Owner on a subscription.
- If the sign-in error is shown on a
login.microsoftonline.compage with a blue error box saying “Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in,” capture the error code from the page source (search forHR=) and then contact Microsoft technical support with that code.
If none of these steps resolve the issue or the error page persists, create a support request from the Azure help channels so support can review the specific sign-in error.
