Map pin not visible on bing maps after 14 days of being verified and synced with google.

Manual intervention on the sync lock or re-indexing of an individual Bing Maps storefront listing cannot be performed here.

To correct a missing map pin for a business listing that is already verified and synced from Google, manage the listing through Bing’s official business listing tool:

1. Go to Bing Places for Business and sign in with the account used for the listing.
2. Confirm that the business is claimed and verified.
3. Check the address and map location:
   • Ensure the physical address is complete and correctly formatted.
   • Use the map position editor (if available) to drag the pin to the correct spot and save.
4. Submit any changes and allow time for Bing Maps to refresh the listing and map pin.

If the pin still does not appear after verification and correction in Bing Places, use the support/contact options within Bing Places for Business to escalate the issue so the listing can be reviewed on the service side.
