Hello, I am from Indonesia. I'm trying to buy an Xbox Gamepass via the official web but I am unable to because the payment method I use/only have is a debit card from BCA. I have asked the CS directly, and they did say they prohibit payment on that website. So I wanna buy a Gampass via a gift card, but I do understand that I still need to input a payment method to be able to redeem the Gamepass. So my question is, is Microsoft CS able to redeem the Gamepass code I bought for me?

2026-05-06T15:16:07.47+00:00 I actually had a past history with redeeming one. The CS was able to redeem it for me. But I don't know if they are still able to today.
