When will the courses I have taken show up in my Company's system?

Training and certifications from Microsoft Learn are associated with the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to complete them. From there, they can be shared with an employer or organization in a few ways, depending on how the company’s system is set up.

To see what’s currently recorded for the account:

1. Go to the Learn profile page and select Transcript to view all completed training, certifications, and modules.
2. Use this transcript to confirm that the courses appear correctly in the profile.

Sharing or transferring to a company system typically works in one of these ways:

1. Linking the Learn profile to an organization account: If supported by the employer or school, the Learn profile can be linked to the organization account so that training and credential details are shared directly. This is controlled from the Learn profile’s account/linked accounts settings and requires that the organization supports this integration.
2. Making the Learn profile public or sharing the transcript: The profile can be made public, or a transcript can be shared with the employer so they can verify completions manually.

If previous courses appeared automatically in the company’s system but newer ones do not, verify:

• That the same Microsoft account (and Learn profile) is being used as before.
• That the organization account is still linked (if that method is used).
• With the company’s learning/HR or IT team whether they are syncing from Microsoft Learn or require a shared transcript instead.

The timing and visibility inside the company’s internal system are ultimately controlled by the organization’s own integration or processes, not by Microsoft Learn itself.
