The scheduled exam is not appearing under Profile > Credentials > Certifications because the registration is associated with a different Microsoft Learn profile (duplicate accounts).

    To resolve this:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and verify that the account being used is the same one used when registering for the exam.
      • If there might be multiple profiles (for example, personal vs. work/school accounts), sign out and try signing in with each possible account to see where the exam/credentials appear.
      • Use the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to verify the correct login and profile:
        • Make sure the expected exams/certifications are actually earned for that profile.
        • If a congratulations email was received, use the profile link in that email and compare it with the profile currently being used.
    2. Check for missing certifications
      • Follow the steps in Missing Exams or Certifications to ensure the credential is not simply hidden due to using the wrong profile or account.
    3. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
      • If Pearson VUE has already confirmed a duplicate account and the exam still does not appear after checking all possible Learn profiles, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can review and, if appropriate, merge or correct the profiles.
      • Use the Credentials Support option described in the documentation to submit a support request for missing or mis-mapped exams/certifications.

These steps align with the documented process for resolving missing exams or certifications and account/profile mismatches.
