Incomplete lesson on Gardaworld academy training.

I'm trying to complete a lesson through Gardaworld's online training course. And, one of the courses says it's incomplete when I've finished the course.

When I try to move forward, it says there's an issue with LMS, and to contact technical support.

Can I get an explanation as to what's causing this?

I'd really like to move forward and complete other courses and not be stuck due to one mishap.

The behavior is caused by an issue in the learning management system (LMS) that Gardaworld Academy uses to track course completion, not by Microsoft Teams or Classwork itself.

    From the symptoms described:

    • The course shows as incomplete even after finishing all content.
    • An error explicitly states there is an LMS issue and instructs to contact technical support.

This typically means one of the following on the LMS side:

    1. The LMS did not receive or record the completion status from the course (for example, a SCORM/AICC/LTI tracking problem).
    2. The LMS session may have expired or been interrupted while the completion signal was being sent.
    3. The LMS configuration for that specific course is incorrect (for example, the completion rule or passing score is misconfigured).

Because this is an LMS configuration or tracking problem, only Gardaworld’s LMS/IT support can fix it. The recommended actions are:

    1. Contact Gardaworld Academy’s technical support or help desk and provide:
      • Course name and module/lesson name.
      • Screenshot of the “LMS issue” error.
      • Browser and device used, and approximate date/time of completion.
    2. Ask them to:
      • Check the LMS logs for your user and that course.
      • Manually mark the lesson as complete if they confirm you finished it, or
      • Correct the course configuration if it is not sending or recognizing completion properly.
    3. Until they correct it, avoid repeatedly re-launching the same broken lesson, as it usually will not resolve the issue on its own.

Once the LMS records the lesson as complete, progress should update and allow moving on to other courses.
