Passed exams are not showing in credentials after 1 week also

Exam results and certifications can take up to 24–48 hours to appear on the Microsoft Learn profile, but in this case they are already visible on the transcript and still not showing as credentials after a week. When passed exams appear on the transcript but the expected certifications are missing, the supported steps are:

1. Confirm that the passed exams actually grant a certification on their own and that all required exams for each certification have been passed. This can be verified on the relevant certification or exam details pages listed in the certification catalog at Browse all certifications and exams.
2. Make sure the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used. If multiple accounts exist (for example, personal and work/school), sign out and then sign back in with any other accounts that might have been used to register for the exams. 3. If the exams and certifications are still missing from the Credentials section after verifying the above, contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the support team can investigate and fix the profile/credential mapping.
