Yes, you may uninstall and reinstall.
To uninstall;
Press Windows + I
Go to Apps → Installed apps
Search for Clipchamp
Click the ⋮ (three dots) → Uninstall
To Reinstall;
Open Microsoft Store
Search for Clipchamp
Click Install
