My windows 11 background isn't changing whenever i try to change the alert text come out written that( the some of these settings are managed by your organization). I hope you understand my problems. so please try to solve my problems.

The message “Some of these settings are managed by your organization” means a policy is controlling the desktop background, so manual changes in Settings are blocked.

To restore the ability to change the background, the controlling policy must be removed or changed. Typical controls are:

Group Policy (GPO)
- Path for desktop wallpaper:
  - User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper
  - If this setting is enabled with a path to an image, it forces that wallpaper and prevents changes.
- Path for lock screen:
  - Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization > Force a specific default lock screen and logon image
  - If enabled, it forces a specific lock screen image.
- An administrator must set these policies to Not Configured (or remove the GPO) so the background can be changed normally.
Intune / MDM (for managed or school/work devices)
- A device enrolled in Intune or another MDM can have the background enforced via the Personalization CSP:
  - ./Vendor/MSFT/Personalization/DesktopImageUrl (desktop background)
- The admin must remove or change this setting in the Intune policy (for example, by editing or unassigning the Settings catalog policy that sets Personalization > Desktop Image Url).
Windows spotlight / organizational configuration
- If Windows spotlight or organizational messages are configured by policy, they can also control lock screen and background behavior. Admins can instead configure a custom background image via the same policy mechanisms above.

If this is a personal/home PC but shows “managed by your organization,” it usually means:

The PC is joined to a work/school domain or Azure AD, or
It was previously managed and still has leftover policies.

In that case, contact the administrator (work/school IT) and ask them to remove or relax the wallpaper/lock screen policies. On a truly unmanaged home PC, removing any applied GPO/MDM configuration is required to regain control of the background.
