Designer: That Image Can't Be Enhanced

Greetings,

Originally I uploaded an image of my Wife in a short Top and Pants and received a message saying it could not be enhanced due to Responsible AI Guidelines. This was far from Nudity but I chose another photograph anyway. Same error.

I then uploaded the below photograph of a Pioneer Receiver. Same Error.

Any idea what is going on?

The "Enhance" function simply doesn't work. Microsoft's extensive explanations are difficult to understand. After all, the "Enhance" function doesn't add any new elements to the photo; it merely changes its technical parameters. Therefore, there's no need to scan them for any content. If "Enhanced" function is not working for some unknown reason, it should simply be removed. It doesn't work anyway. Every attempt I've made to use it over the past few months has always resulted in an error.
