I accidently cancelled my hotmail.com account associated with my Bing Webmaster tools and now I cannot get into my webmaster tools to correct and update domains.

My Microsoft accounts are all over the place now.

The Hotmail.com address that was used to sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools is a Microsoft account identity. Once that Microsoft account (or its primary alias) is cancelled and the grace period passes, it cannot be reopened or reused, and any aliases removed from the account cannot be attached to any Microsoft account again.

From that point:

If the Hotmail Microsoft account was fully closed and the 30–60 day reopening window has passed, or if it has been inactive for more than two years and was automatically deleted, it cannot be restored. Access to services that were tied only to that identity (including the associated Bing Webmaster Tools profile) cannot be recovered.
If the Hotmail address was removed as an alias from a still‑existing Microsoft account, that alias is permanently deleted and cannot be re‑added to any Microsoft account. Mail and sign‑in via that alias are no longer available.
Bing Webmaster Tools access is bound to the specific Microsoft account that originally owned the sites. If that account/alias is permanently gone, ownership in that profile cannot be reclaimed. The only practical option is to:
- Sign in to Bing Webmaster Tools with a different, active Microsoft account.
- Re‑add and re‑verify the domains in that new account.
