App publish to Microsoft store stuck

We tried publishing the app submission that has completed certification process. When we click "Publish Now", it is stuck in showing loading and nothing happens. If we refresh the page, we can again see the "Publish now" button.
Looking at the logs, below API is successful but the console is showing : Polling... hasPublishingWorkflow: false
