Certifications from 2010–2015 may no longer appear in the portal for a few reasons, and there are specific steps to troubleshoot:

    1. Check if the certifications are now considered legacy/retired
Some older exams and certifications have aged out of the Certification Program and are no longer visible in customer Learn profiles. Retired certifications remain on the transcript as Active until they expire, then move to Historical Certifications. After a longer period, very old retired certifications may no longer be listed in current views.
    2. Confirm the correct Microsoft Learn account is being used
Missing certifications are often due to using a different account than the one originally used to register for and take the exams.
      • Sign out of Microsoft Learn, then sign back in with any other Microsoft accounts that might have been used between 2010–2015 (personal, work, or school).
      • If a congratulations email was received at the time, the profile link in that email may point to the account under which the certification was earned. That email address may differ from the one currently used to sign in.
    3. Consider testing provider limitations
Exams and certifications earned through Certiport are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile and must be managed separately through the Certiport account.
    4. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support for account-level investigation
Because these certifications are from 2010–2015 and no longer appear, direct support is required to review historical records and account mappings.
      • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel: go to the Credentials Support page and submit a ticket under Product Family: Learning / Service: Microsoft Credentials. Provide as much detail as possible (approximate exam dates, exam names/numbers, and any old email addresses that might be associated).
      • If the issue is specifically “missing certifications,” follow the guidance in the Missing Certifications article and then escalate via Microsoft Credentials Support if the steps do not resolve it.

If the exams were taken through Certiport, contact Certiport Customer Service for help retrieving and sharing those credentials.
