Unable to Connect LinkedIn to My Microsoft Account

Hi,

I just signed up for the Microsoft 365 subscription which comes with free linkedin premium for a year. I am unable to get the premium for a year. I tried to connect linkedin through Teams website, I try to click "connect your linkedin account" but it doesn't take me anywhere.

But when I go on the Teams app, it says that I have already connected my linkedin, which I did before I got my subscription. On LinkedIn, it says that I dont have any microsoft account linked with the account.
