You earn certifications by passing exams not by completing courses

If you attend an instructor-led course you can earn the course achievement badge by using the code provided by your trainer.

Completing courses on Learn through self-paced learning does not provide a certificate; you earn badges for completing Learn modules and trophies for completing Learning Paths.

    I completed the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Cloud Developer Associate (Exam AI-200) at approximately 1:10 AM on July 16. The certification is listed as "Active" in the Certifications section of my dashboard and appears correctly on my transcript. However, even after five days, I am still unable to download the PDF version of my certificate. There is no download option available, and I would appreciate information on when the certificate PDF will become available.
