Take these steps to verify and resolve the missing AI-900 exam booking and confirmation:
- Check the Microsoft Learn profile for the scheduled exam
- Go to the exam/credentials area of the Microsoft Learn profile and look for an exam appointment associated with the account used when scheduling the exam.
- As shown in similar cases, scheduled exams should appear there; if nothing is listed, the booking likely did not complete successfully.
- Verify the correct email/account was used
- Ensure the same email address used during Pearson VUE checkout is the one used for the Microsoft Learn profile.
- If a different email was used, sign in to Learn with that email and re-check for the exam appointment.
- Check email (including spam/junk folders)
- Look for any messages from Pearson VUE or MindHub Pro by Pearson VUE about the exam appointment or payment.
- If there is no confirmation email and no appointment in the Learn profile, treat it as a failed or incomplete booking.
- Contact Pearson VUE support about the missing booking and charge
- Since the card was charged but no appointment or confirmation is visible, contact Pearson VUE support directly and provide:
- Name and email used to book the exam
- Date/time and exam code (AI-900)
- Proof of charge from the bank/credit card
- Pearson VUE can confirm whether an appointment exists, issue a refund if the booking failed, or reinstate any voucher/credit if needed. This is the same escalation path used when exam or voucher issues occur.
- Since the card was charged but no appointment or confirmation is visible, contact Pearson VUE support directly and provide:
- If Pearson VUE confirms the exam was delivered to Microsoft but it still does not appear
- For issues on the Microsoft side (exam not visible, credential not showing) after Pearson VUE confirms their part is correct, raise a case with Microsoft certification support so they can investigate the Learn/certification profile.
Until Pearson VUE confirms the status of the booking, do not attempt multiple new bookings with the same voucher or card charge, to avoid duplicate charges.
