The error screen indicates Outlook on the web (Outlook.com/OWA) cannot load the mailbox. This commonly occurs when the mailbox is disabled or there is a temporary service issue.

1. Sign out of all Microsoft sessions for the affected account using the “Sign out of everywhere” page, then wait and sign in again.
2. Try Outlook on the web in a private/incognito browser window.
3. If it works in private mode, clear the browser cache and cookies and disable extensions such as ad blockers or VPNs, then try again in a normal window.
4. Test from another browser or device to rule out a local browser problem.
5. If the problem persists and this is a work/school account, contact the Microsoft 365/tenant administrator and ask them to check whether the mailbox is disabled in Exchange Online and re‑enable it if necessary.
6. If this is a personal Outlook.com account and the issue continues for more than a short period, use the Outlook.com in-product Help (“?” or Help in the menu bar) to contact support.
