locked out of email. how can I get some live help?

I can't get access to my email accounts. Not sure how to unlock my email accounts without deleting them and starting different ones. I can't get anywhere with microsoft phone numbers nor online. What is this world coming to? How do we talk to someone for some help?????

    If you tried to sign in and received a message that your account is locked, you can first try the account sign-in helper tool here to unblock your account.

    Alternatively, if you don't have two-step verification enabled, you can try the Account recovery form here.

    Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.
