Cannot access my environment - removed System Administrator role by mistake

accidentally removed the System Administrator role from my account while testing custom security roles. I unchecked System Administrator and checked only a custom Data Scientist role. Now I am locked out and cannot reassign the role back.

I am the only user in this developer environment. No one else can help me restore access.

Please reassign the System Administrator role to my account.
