Bug editing a pdf onto word

Hello,

I’ve been struggling with this bug for quite some time now, and I thought of reporting it since there was no sign of it being fixed.

I used many times now the new features that allows editing in word PDF files, using an iPad and an iPhone, and both when converting skip the “ò” and replace it with a blank space.

It’s a very common character in Italian papers, used frequently in verbs, adverbs and conjunctions, therefore correcting it is quite a long process.

I’ve not seen this issue with any of the other character, and à, ù, ì, è, é are all converted correctly.

Word can convert PDFs to Word format, but it is not a true PDF editor. Instead, use a program designed for that task, like Adobe Acrobat.

To report a bug, tap on the three-dot icon at the right end of the Ribbon, then choose Help & Feedback>Tell Us What Can Be Better. Sending the report gets it to the Word for iOS programming team.
