To get a refund for the four Minecraft add-on purchases that were charged but not delivered, use Microsoft’s refund and billing support, since the money was withdrawn by Microsoft, not Mojang.
- First, check your Microsoft order history
- Go to your Microsoft account Order history page: Open Order history.
- Confirm that the four Minecraft add-on purchases appear there and note their order numbers and dates.
- Request a refund for the game add-ons
- For games and add-ons purchased through Microsoft Store/Xbox, go to the Xbox support page to Request a refund for digital games and sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the purchases.
- Select each relevant Minecraft add-on order and choose Request a refund.
- Provide the reason (for example, “Charged but purchase did not go through / content not delivered”) and select Next, then Submit.
- Refund requests can take up to 72 hours to process. You will receive updates, or you can check the Refund status tab.
- If you cannot request a refund online
- If the refund option is not available for these items or online returns are not available in your region, contact Microsoft Store Support directly: Contact Microsoft Store Support.
- Explain that Mojang reports the purchases as not completed but your bank and Microsoft order history show charges for four add-on purchases, and you want all four refunded.
- Track the refund
- After the refund is approved, it is generally processed within 3–5 business days and applied back to the original payment method.
- You can check the refund status on your Xbox order history page: Open Order history.
If any of the charges do not appear in your Microsoft order history, investigate them as unrecognized charges using the Manage your payments page from your Microsoft account dashboard.
